Taking the leap and getting online.
Just like in your business, the most important part of Frisbee’s business is the customer. They want their customers to know they respond to what the customer is looking for. So, when customers began asking about being able to shop the Frisbee inventory online and from their mobile devices, they knew it was time to take the leap and move in that direction.
Signing up for a WebFront™
After the sign up process with RWS is complete, the design phase of a retailer’s WebFront™ begins. Rhonda Ims, Marketing Manager at Frisbee Kitchen & Bath, describes the design phase by saying “We had a great experience from the start working with our graphic designer, Amy. The one thing I’ve always struggled with is not knowing what I want until I see it. So, to be able to look at different samples and facades from other sites was a great starting point for us. We did a lot of customization on our website design once we selected one of the main layout facades. Our designer was more than willing to let us take the lead and listen to our suggestions. She was very accommodating and got mock ups back to us quickly.”
Virtual. Innovative. Powerful
Rhonda shared her thoughts on why partnering with RWS was a no brainer for Frisbee’s.
“It helps put you above the competition”
“As a locally owned business, having a site that makes you more competitive with big box stores and a site to research and shop is a huge advantage to our company.”
“Now have a mobile site”
“We didn’t have a mobile site before and we are very excited to take our company to that level.”
